How do you get toned arms for Summer? š
It feels like the weather has gone from 0-60 in the last week, from months of miserable rain and low temperatures to a sudden shift into glorious sunshine āļø

If you're anything like me, that has also meant a sudden shift into your summer wardrobe and how does that make you feel?
Sleeveless tops...
Shorts and dresses...
Lighter clothing...
We all want to feel confident in what we wear, but I hear so many women worrying about their arms, concerned about "bingo wings" and with a lack of confidence wearing summer clothes.
We know that toning our arms might help, but how do you even do that!?
1ļøā£ One option might be to head off to the gym, pick up some heavy weights and start lifting...
But to somebody who prefers music and dancing, that sounds SOOOO boring!
2ļøā£ Another option may be getting down for some press ups....
But seriously man, press ups are HARD! If you're a beginner to fitness or have only ever engaged in cardio and dance fitness, that's a big uphill battle to get press ups in...
But there is another way... a way where you can also dance, move to the music and build up strength through bodyweight exercises and light dumbbells for toned arms and long, strong muscles.
A way where you can enjoy the mental health benefits of dance, alongside the mobility benefits of Pilates whilst ALSO toning your arms to get you feel fit, confident and fabulous for the Summer š¤©
SLIIKĀ© Fitness cleverly weaves together low impact (no jumping) dance fitness with Pilates style bodyweight exercises and light dumbbell toning routines for a full body fitness class that is both effective and fun to boot! š§”
All set to a chilled out playlist of RnB throwbacks, this class really has everything you need for a total Summer vibe āļøš
