I have an extra chance for you to dance with me this week!

On Friday I'll be covering for Dance and Shake with Rach at her FitSteps class at Hilton Village Hall at 11am

No booking required and the class is £6 on the door if anybody would like to gatecrash for some Friday morning fun! 💃🏻 (45min class)

Please note SJDF loyalty cards are NOT valid at this class

My Pilates Flow class follows shortly after at 12:30pm if you'd like to make it a double whammy 😍
